- Cell Line Authenticity Basic Service achieves genotyping according to ANSI/ATCC standard ASN-0002. For this service, please send your cell pellets or DNA extracts to test 16 DNA markers using the Applied BiosystemsTM AmpFLSTRTM IdentifilerTM Plus PCR Amplification Kit system.

Order up to 100 CLA Basic Service Prepaid Barcodes in advance and benefit from our best price per sample (up to 50% discount*) - independent from sample batch size per single order. Please check the barcode order wizard at the end of this page.
How to order CLA with prepaid barcodes:
- Click on the 'New Order Page' Button on the right or on 'Cell Line Authentication 2.0' in our Order Menu on the top.
- Follow the steps to register your samples and barcodes.
- Send your samples directly to below address or place them into one of your dropboxes (+approx. one day logistics time)
You do not have prepaid barcodes yet? - For a short period of time order of CLA via the former process remains possible.
How to order CLA without prepaid barcodes:
- Click on the 'New Order Page' Button on the right or on 'Cell Line Authentication 2.0' in our Order Menu on the top.
- You will be transferred to the new order page and find a link to the former order page.
- Follow the steps to register your order and samples.
- Please send the sample sheet and order confirmation printed together with your samples.

Extracted DNA or cell pellet? Your choice without additional cost. Send your samples as:
- 2 mL reaction tube; volume >20 µL; amount >10 ng/µl
- Shipped at ambient temperature
- If >20 samples per batch are shipped, please sort the 2 mL tubes in a box
- 2 mL reaction tube (no falcon tubes) with >10.000 cells (visible cell pellet!)
- Cell culture medium completely removed
- Cell pellets washed with TE buffer or PBS
- Shipped at ambient temperature or cooled (no need for dry ice)
- If >20 samples per batch are shipped, please sort the 2 mL tubes in a box.
