Unique Dual Index Primer Pairs for Multiplexing on Illumina
Eurofins Genomics' NGS UDI Primer Sets are specifically designed to prevent misassignment due to index hopping.
- Utilizes 12-nucleotide long Unique Dual Indexes (UDIs)
- Minimum edit distance of four bases or more, enabling precise and accurate demultiplexing.
- Designed to prevent misassignment due to index hopping.
- Compatible with all TruSeq-based NGS library types, including those using NEB adapters.
- Offers exceptional performance even in low-complexity pools, achieving the lowest cross-contamination rates (see application note)
- Each batch is quality controlled by our NGS facility and released only after meeting strict QC criteria.
- The general structure of the primers can be found in each plate assigment document below.
NGS UDI Primer Sets are delivered in a full-skirted 96-well PCR plate with a pierceable foil seal. Each primer pair has a concentration of 10µM provided in bidest water in 10µl for single use. Enter the quantity you need and click "Add to Cart".
